OMG, if you are looking for a top-notch pool builder with excellent service this is definitely the company to go with. After our sales first meeting with Joe, we were really impressed. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and non-pressure. Jose the construction lead was awesome as well. Jose even called me and kept me informed of any and every potential delay, he even called me while he was sick to keep me updated. 5 stars for customer service. I also need to mention Adriana, Laura, Sammy, and Donovan (I hope I have his name correct). This team was an absolute pleasure to work with. Adriana & Laura made themselves available for any and all questions. My wife said that she has never met any as passionate about pools as Sammy. Finally, Donovan was the Icing on the cake for great service. I highly recommend working with this team.

We could not be happier with our pool, along with the service provided by John and the team from Pools123. What we hope for in working with any contractor is good communication, generally accurate timelines and budgets, respectfulness, and responsiveness when issues arise and we found Pools123 to be wonderful in every one of those areas. They were exceptional during the permitting process, handling everything before construction started, providing support with the final inspections, and scheduling was very easy. Every single one of their subcontractors was friendly and professional and two in particular truly went above and beyond for us – the electrician and Luis’ team that installed the pool. The price they quoted us was the price we paid – no surprises at the end, and we found that they did exactly what they said they were going to do during the year between when we signed our contract and the permits being closed. We’ve now been enjoying our pool for eight months, and even when I had a minor equipment issue that I couldn’t resolve on my own, John took the time to help troubleshoot it over the phone. We are so grateful that we chose Pools123 and would recommend them to anyone looking to put in a fiberglass pool.

Within 2 weeks of start of construction we have a finished beautiful pool and hot tub. The extra concrete patio and drainage ahs improved the backyard immensely as well. Donovan couldn’t have been more attentive, honest and responsive. All crews very professional, I can’t say I’ve seen harder working people to get the job done with perfection.
